If you are not member of these plans listed above, full payment for my services is due at the time of the appointment and is the client’s responsibility. I accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks, health savings cards, and cash. I can generate a statement for you to then furnish to your insurance company, upon your request. I can make no guarantee that your insurance will cover my services to any extent as I don’t have any dealings with insurance plans other than those listed above. Your verification of your coverage with your insurance company is advised.
