When doing so, please indicate during what windows of time during this week you would be available to speak with me for about 20 minutes.

Due to the nature of e-mail, I strongly suggest that you not use it to send sensitive or confidential information because confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when using it.

I use e-mail solely for the purpose of scheduling. I look forward to discussing your concerns with you in our first session together or in your pre-meeting consultation.
